Alternative Dispute Resolution (A.D.R)

Alternative Dispute Resolution (A.D.R) includes negotiation, reconciliation, mediation, and arbitration. Our intention as to ADR is to lower our goal with ADR as relates to our practice is to lower court caseloads and expenses, provide speedy settlement of those disputes that were disruptive of the community or the lives of the parties, families to improve public satisfaction with the justice system to encourage resolutions that are suited to the parties’ needs.
